Sunday workout

After a bad week of getting hung up on eating junk and not training because of a sore shoulder, yes I know it was my fault, Paul and I hit it hard as ever on our normal Sunday meets.

Todays workout:

TGU: 20 minutes with 24 alternating sides each rep.

Swings: Top of the minute 10 two handed swings w/24 for 25 minutes. We started with 20 swings per minute but dropped that fast because we could not keep the pace going for all 25 minutes. Including the first sets of 20 we did 270 total swings.

Pretty solid workout....ready for a new week to start to get back to eating right and training harder than ever....
