Today was the first day I added snatches to a workout. I have been practicing them for a few weeks and had Tim help me get my form down but today was the first day I incorporated them into a workout. I didnt want to over do it the first time so I kept it minimal.
Snatches w/16kg 5L/5R on min for 5 mins
Two handed swings w/32kg 10 on min for 10 mins
Pushups 10 on min for 5 mins
tv dinner trays
