Todays workout was a bit of cardio. Definetly seeing endurance changes in myself drastically over the last 3-4 weeks. This is very encouraging.
Swings w/24kg with this pattern for 5 sets 3 mins a set with no rest between sets:
10L on min
10R on min
10L/10R on min
Total swings: 200 in 15 mins
Body weight pushups:
10 every min on min for 10minutes
Total: 100

Nice job Ben! I plan on swinging tonight also. I may also incorporate pushups like you have.
