Workout 2/12/09

Well today was pretty solid strength day. My hands are holding together buy I need to sand down my calluses a bit because they are sticking up and every day I fear they are going to tear. As for my workout

Get-ups w/24kg
5L/5R x2

Cleans and presses w/24kg
Ladder 1-2-3 L/R for 3 sets

Front Squats w/24kg
3 sets of 5
